Greenwich chosen as finalist for BILD Calgary, Community of the Year Award!
Melcor is proud to announce that Greenwich has been named a finalist for the coveted Community of the Year Award, as recognized by BILD Calgary. The award recognizes outstanding development of a new community in areas including vision, amenities, builder parades, pageantry and environmental sustainability.
Construction remains on track for Calgary Farmers Market West with the distinguished exterior brick façade taking form as the building envelope progresses nicely. Construction on the brick panel exterior, windows, and roof components is anticipated to continue until around early May with the exterior site work and building mechanical/electrical to follow.
The 7,000 square foot Commercial Retail Unit adjacent to the Farmers Market is also under construction and will include Market Wines, complemented by a wonderful mix of additional retailers and services. We are excited to release more information soon!
